Did You Ever Notice The Connection Between Anxiety And Weight Loss?

My anxiety has been running at very high levels for three weeks on Tuesday. I seem to have lost 9 pounds since then. I am 5′ 6″ and when this started I was 180.
Christmas hasn’t helped. I didn’t put up a tree, decorate, or buy any gifts this year. Under “normal” conditions, I would go to my step-sisters for the holiday; even I though I could probably manage the time off from work, I am not going. It is better for them to be a little down due to my absence than to be really down because I am there.

    Some people lose weight; some gain. Some can’t eat, some can’t stop. I’m usually an eater. Comfort food is very comforting.

    yeah when my husband left for iraq i lost a lot of weight. every bite of food i put in my mouth made me wanna puke.
