Exercises For Upper Body Weight Loss?

I workout on an elliptical 5 times a week for an hour and lift weights and do crunches (I perform different types of crunches and lift different ways in order to work out different muscle groups) for about 40 minutes. I have so far lost 40 pounds, but it only appears to be coming off my lower section. What exercises can I perform that will allow me to burn off the fat around my stomach and chest?

Try these they are actualy to develop a stronger chest so by doing them you’ll probably lose weight in your upper body too.

Everyone burns fat equally over their entire body. There is no way to burn fat in specific areas. Keep up the good work!
