Lori, there is no such thing as spot reducing. You can’t isolate upper body weight loss. If you lose weight, you will lose it everywhere.
You only have 5 weeks to work with so that’s not very much time, but it’s also not a reason to do anything drastic. You don’t want to lose too much weight (including water weight) otherwise your dress won’t fit at all.
Toning your upper body musculature may be your only chance. High-repetition training may allow you to better mobilize fat in larger muscle groups, but it’s a long shot and this is unlikely achievable in 5 weeks, especially if you’re inexperienced in resistance/weight training. The best advice I can give you is to seek the professional guidance of a personal trainer so that they can put you on the right program for your needs. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but the time restriction is definitely working against you.
    Good luck.

Get a seaclay body wrap, it will lift them and trim your bustline. It may show that you’ve gained inches in your bustline but it’s from the lifting.
I had to get in a 14 bridemaid dress, and my normal size is an 18 but I did it and you can too. You can actually tell them what areas you want them to concentrate on.

First off, don’t worry too much, the good news is that most of us lose weight first in the breasts and face. Doing lots of cardio is the only way to go. You need to work out at least 3 days a week, try to go 5 though. When you exercise, it will take fat from deposits all over our body. Lucky for women, there is extra padding in the breasts! Congratulations on your wedding!
