Hi there, ok heres my problem.. kinda, anyways ive started working out, 1 month exacltly just to tone up and make a new lifestyle. This is what ive been doing.. 3 classes a week of indoor cycling, one step class, one pilates class, one stability ball class. And on weekends i do out door activities. Now ive been told sooooo many times to eat at least 1500 calories a day to tone up and shead a couple pounds but i can’t seem to eat that much, don’t get me wrong… i do eat very heathly, i just don’t think i consume that much. Now do you think this will affect my toning up and weight loss? and do you think i will still get a results in like 4 months…, if i keep this routine up? thanks for reading this
It depends on your current weight.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)
For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
Good Luck !!!
Eat Right and do Cardio (jogging, aerobics or bike riding 30minutes per day) to burn fat.
