1. When we are flabby, thats the fat and fatty cells inside our body
2. When we work out, our body converts fat into muscle
3. When we diet, our muscles lose weight
Is this the process of fat loss? Please correct me if I am wrong.

My breakfast is 120-150 calories
Lunch- 200-300 calories
Snack- 100-150 calories
Dinner-500-700 calories
I know we are supposed to eat 2000 calories a day but this is wat i eat and my excersize other than walking, standing, sitting etc..
is 500-600 calories on the eliptical
