My mother took them years ago…if memory serves, it’s basically a combination of vitamins and herbal laxatives…not recommended for long term use, and like any diet program or product, you might be best off checking with your doctor first…I’ve heard both good and bad things about Herbalife, but I’d be inclined to pay more attention to the bad…again, check with your doctor if you can

When you eat unhealthy for such a long time, your blood changes in such a way that it cannot carry toxins and heavy metals out of the body. Also unhealthy eating results in unhealthy excretory organs. My sister-in-law has told me about herbalife and from what I know the products are completely natural. And if there are no chemicals, additives, preservatives etc then they are better than a lot of products out there. I have been using a few of the health supplements and feel better for it.
