Using Protein Powder With Treadmill Increase R8 Of Weight Loss?

I was just wondering because i just bought designer whey protein, and was thinking is it good to use that while running because i want to have a nice leaned toned body but i need to repair the muscles in my obdomenial because i always get pain there after im done ?

    It will help get your body the protein it needs while on a diet. Its a more effective way of getting protein without all the fats and carbs associated with high protein foods. When building muscle protein needs to be taken multiple times a day, but since youre trying to lose weight, taking it once or twice a day will help a lot
