Agh! I’ve Been Breaking Out Lately – Due To My Weight Loss?
I’ve lost a ton of weight this summer… Well, 25 pounds! I’ve done it by eating healthy, and exersizing. I’ve been eating about 30 g of fiber a day, and drinking tons of water, tons of fruits and veggies… I just feel so much healthier! But — i’ve been breaking out like crazy all summer. I don’t remember breaking out this often any other summer – I’m wondering if its due to my weight loss, or my body kind of detoxing ? I don’t exersize with makeup on either, so its not that…
or do u think its more likely that its just the heat of summer making my face sweat more? I don’t know! I’m just sick of wearing concealer EVERY SINGLE DAY. I miss my old skin, wtf happened to it?
Any ideas what could be makign my skin so horrible?

Changes in diet can impact acne formation. Typically due to vitamin deficiencies like vitamin A and E. I believe an increase in consumption of some dairy foods can have an impact.
For me, I actually saw a significant decrease in ance formation when I started dieting.
