What Do Inclines On A Tredmill Do For Your Body?

What would be the difference in body weight loss/ fat loss/toning etc from these two:
Walking fastly at 7.5mph for 25 mins at an incline of 0
Walking fastly at 7.5mph for 25 mins at an incline of 35degrees? (level 4 on most treadmills)
Any other bits of info about treadmills would be great thanks!

Holy crap! You’re walking at 7.5 mph? Are you like a champion power walker? I’m running when I go that speed. Anyway, you would definitely get a better workout from using the incline. You’d burn more fat and gain more muscle.
