If I Eat Under My Daily “calorie Goal, Will That Be Better For Weight Loss?
I want to lose weight quickly… Would it be better to eat a little less that the recommended daily calorie goal, so I don’t have to work off as many calories?

If you eat exactly what you’re supposed to you won’t gain or lose weight (assuming you get no exercise). If you eat under you’ll lose weight even without exercise. If you are exercising then it’s fine to eat under your amount, but not that much, because too much undereating and your metabolism will go into survival mode, and burn calories slower. If you go to the gym to work off your calories I would eat just under what you’re supposed to, and if you get really hungry then eat a few pieces of fruit or something low fat to hold you over until a meal.
you can eat as much as you want to as long as you burn off more calories than you take in.
In theory, yes. But, why don’t you eat less, and exercise the same?
