Liquid For Weight Loss?

Can I do a body cleanse (to lose weight) by making a type of homemade liquid and still get the same results. If yes, does anybody have a recipe for a homemade liquid effective for weight loss that they could give me. I need help, FAST!

    Yes you can. I have done several and they are great. Not only do you burn off fat but you detox to.
    Days 1 and 2.
    Eat only raw food this is anything that is not cooked. Veg is best. No sugars so no fruit juice with sugar in it or sodas etc. eat every hour or two.
    Day 3,and 4.
    Only drink water and watered down fruit juice(no sugar). But make sure you have at least one liter of veg broth per day. Make veg soup and only drink the liquid so no solids.
    Days 5 and 6.
    Do the same as Days 1 and 2
    Day 7.
    Ease back in to eating Health food again.
    You will feel like a million bucks, you will look good and even the whites of you eyes get whiter.
