So far Ive been running for 15-30 min everyday (Is that too much?) The walking this is nice and all but I feel i gain more when I run&#8230;<br />
I do 20 squats after running.  Although Ive noticed, I dont eat anythingfrom 7am to 4pm and my appetite is savage-like when i get home at 4..<br />
For example: I come home after eating nothing that day and eat two hot dogs on white bread buns relish ketchup and mustard 1/4c Apple juice  and an ensure milkshake drink at 730.  A 1/2c of water. Its 749pm and I dont plan to eat anything else&#8230;<br />
how am I doing?</p>

I want to know if doing these cardio workouts every day is good for weight loss and help tone my body eventually. Advice would be good too.<br />

Sometimes I swing my 3 pound weights as I stride, other times I just carry 8 or 10 pound weights at my side as I walk on the treadmill.<br />
I am having a vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast in the morning and a meat &amp; veggie Lean Cuisine (no pasta) for lunch. Then a sensible dinner. If we have spaghetti I don&#8217;t have the garlic bread, if we have tacos I don&#8217;t put sour cream on it etc..<br />
To help keep my skin from looking like a shar-pei I have been using a Mary Kay granulated buffing cream &amp; netted sponge every time in the shower and then I follow with a Mary Kay anti-aging firming body cream. I tried to find shea butter at Target but the ingredients start out with water and other stuff&#8230;.<br />
What else can I do to help me lose weight, build muscle and make my butt NOT FLAT?!</p>

And Finlay he has been playing with the big boys for years now but he always gets skrewed at the post.<br />
From ECW there are two contenders.<br />
Shelton Benjiman who moved to ECW to win a title i beleave and he is meant to be the best pure athlete in the WWE.<br />
And Elijah Burke who has been fueding with Cm Punk For most of 2007</p>

Now in school, we have an assignment to write on drugs and their affect on the human body. I was wondering if anyone knew the amount of weight or the affect the drug has on weight loss(ex. how much weight would be lost in what amound of time). also if it gives you instant weight loss,(which is why i believe she started, before it turned into an addiction). the last topic im including is a short paragraph about other street drugs that can be abused for weight loss and their affect on the body.i would appreciate some info about that as well! thanks for all of your help! ?  ? ?</p>
