I weigh 245Lbs now and I’m 5′8 I’m not all fat my body is big im big boned and naturally strong ive been lifting weights 3 times a week and running for 20mins each day.Im wondering what should i eat for loosening weight and gaining muscle and If i can looose 50lbs by September possible?
