1) lose the acne. so 4th grade
2)finish me weight loss documentary to be published soon
3)lose weight. I am 5 foot 6. 122 pounds. i want to be 105.

What would be the difference in body weight loss/ fat loss/toning etc from these two:
Walking fastly at 7.5mph for 25 mins at an incline of 0
Walking fastly at 7.5mph for 25 mins at an incline of 35degrees? (level 4 on most treadmills)

It seems that way for me. I couldnt stop eating things i shouldnt, but now that I’ve lost a lil weight and I’m starting to see a change in my body, its actually motivated me to do better and eat even better and less!
